Dr. Stephanie Juillerat

Dr. Stephanie Juillerat is the Associate Dean for the School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences at Azusa Pacific University, Azusa, California. In her role, she provides faculty training and support in the areas of effective teaching, faculty evaluation and outcomes assessment.  From 2001-2007, while on the faculty, Stephanie played a key role in bringing the IDEA instrument to APU and also served as the chairperson for a task force that created an innovative faculty evaluation system, which incorporates IDEA data into the process. Most recently she has assisted the University’s program review process by adding IDEA data to the program review report. In May, 2010 she was selected to participate in the inaugural class of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Assessment Leadership Academy where she has gained valuable expertise in the assessment of student learning. Stephanie has presented regularly at Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (POD) and the IDEA User’s Group Meeting and provides consulting services in the areas of student satisfaction assessment, assessment of teaching and learning, and strengths-based faculty evaluation.  She also provides consulting services and workshops on the use of IDEA as it relates to engaging students in the learning process. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Psychology from Kentucky Christian University and a PhD. in Psycho Educational Processes from Temple University.
