Pamela M. Milloy
Pamela M. Milloy is the Special Assistant to the Provost at Grand View University, Des Moines, Iowa. In this role she directs initiatives related to assessment, accreditation, faculty development, IDEA administration/analysis, and international programs. Pam was recognized in 2002 with the Robert Menges Honored Research Presentation Award from the Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (POD), in 2007 as an Outstanding First-Year Student Advocate by the National Resource Center for the First-Year Experience, and in 2009 was a finalist for a POD Innovation Award for her work using student course evaluation data as a faculty development tool. She has presented at numerous national conferences and does frequent consulting on using IDEA student evaluation data as a professional development tool to improve teaching. Pam holds a B.L.S. and M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University and is pursuing a doctorate at Creighton University.
