As the senior member of the processing team, Jeannie works to accurately process ratings for both the student ratings and the administrator feedback systems. She joined The IDEA Center in 2005 as a student assistant and became a staff member in 2007. Jeannie was promoted to Assistant Processing Manager in May of 2011 after completing her B.S. in statistics at Kansas State University. She was promoted again to Processing Manager in April of 2012. Growing up in a military family, Jeannie has enjoyed many cultures and climates but calls the Flint Hills home. She enjoys reading, fishing with her husband, and spending time playing with her two Labs.
