The updated software for IDEA PreMark is now available for you to download. The new software accommodates the modifications to the Faculty Information Form (FIF). You will be able to PreMark either the old “blue” FIFs or the new “orange” FIFs.
 
The orange forms allow you to use a 6-digit course number and up to 8 digits for the local code. Please contact the Center for download information.

The PreMark Software can be used in conjunction with your campus' faculty/student information system to preprint identifying information on the Faculty Information Form using a laser printer (e.g., last name, course number, time/days class meets, enrollment). In addition, you can preprint course information on the student forms. This service can reduce the amount of effort required by faculty and students when completing forms.

This software is a free service for institutions using IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction. If you are interested in using IDEA PreMark, please contact The IDEA Center.

Faculty Instruction Sheet

A one-page instruction sheet is provided to the faculty, summarizing the important deadlines and administration guidelines (e.g., instructor leaving the room while students are completing the surveys). The Teaching and Learning Center serves as the single point of contact for IDEA, which helps facilitate responses to questions about administering the surveys and interpreting the results.
