The IDEA Center

The IDEA Center's Mission is to serve colleges and universities committed to improving learning, teaching, and leadership performance.

The Business Operations Team supports the financial and business functions of The IDEA Center. The team is able to assist with business-related questions from clients including billing and payments. They are committed to making all such interactions as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The Client Services team ensures that both new and current clients have the support, training, resources, and technology available to administer student ratings and administrator feedback systems. Coordinating client training opportunities and presentations at national higher education conferences is also at the top of the list for this team. They are committed to quickly and accurately addressing client questions.

The Information and Technology Team oversees all aspects of the business computing environment at The IDEA Center. This team writes, maintains, and supports internal IDEA software to support our services as well as tools to assist our clients, including IDEA PreMark, IDEA Online, and IDEA Online XML Creator. They are committed to supporting both our clients and internal staff with the most appropriate technology resources.

The Processing Team works together as a well-oiled machine to fill orders and process results for clients. Assuring accuracy and confidentiality are top priorities. The team prides itself in meeting or beating The IDEA Center’s 10 business-day turnaround policy. They are committed to serving the Center’s clients effectively and efficiently.

The Research Team plans and conducts research and development projects to support all IDEA Center instruments. The team is responsive to client questions and feedback about use and interpretation of student ratings and administrator feedback systems. Members of this team write IDEA Research Reports and Research Notes, present research findings at regional and national conferences, and submit manuscripts for professional publications.
