Train the Trainer...UPDATED

The IDEA Center is pleased to sponsor an in-depth workshop designed to train current and future clients in the appropriate use of the IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction system. The purpose of the workshop is to develop a larger constituency of on-campus expertise among faculty, administrators, and staff. Specifically, the workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to understand IDEA well enough to use it:
- Appropriately to improve student learning in the classroom, and
- Wisely to make personnel recommendations.
The workshop is interactive and provides participants with practical experience in using and interpreting IDEA reports in a number of applied situations. A number of resources about student ratings of instruction will be provided.
