Val Rosenow
Director of Business Operations
Val started at The IDEA Center in 2005 as an accounting consultant; in December 2008 she became a regular staff member, serving as the Director of Business Operations. She attributes the people as part of her decision to become a member of the staff at the Center. Val's main duties include finance, accounting, human resources, and overseeing facility management. She received her B.S. in accounting and, accompanied by her more than 25 years experience, she offers great support and direction. Val and her husband Jeff have three children, Colin, Emory and Aidan. In addition to enjoying her family's activies, she volunteers for several community and school organizations.
