You can register for the Chair Coaching Service at the same time you request the IDEA Feedback for Department Chair Survey. If you have already completed the survey process, please indicate the date of the survey on the Request Form.

Once you have a registered, an IDEA coach will contact you to schedule your coaching session at a time that is most convenient for you.
