Our Faculty Evaluation Task Force chose IDEA because with one tool we can get input for administrative decision making and ideas for faculty to use in teaching improvements. The diagnostic feedback has become the cornerstone for setting teaching goals for the upcoming year. Group Summary Reports have helped our Deans identify where to focus energy within the division and have helped our instructional designer work with individual faculty to improve learning. The IDEA Center staff has provided the best customer service of any vendor we’ve worked with: prompt, courteous, and responsive to our needs. We consider their experienced staff to be our partners in making decisions about how to implement our administrative processes and interpret our results to maximize improvements on our campus.
