Faculty Instruction Sheet

A one-page instruction sheet is provided to the faculty, summarizing the important deadlines and administration guidelines (e.g., instructor leaving the room while students are completing the surveys). The Teaching and Learning Center serves as the single point of contact for IDEA, which helps facilitate responses to questions about administering the surveys and interpreting the results.

The PreMark Software can be used in conjunction with your campus' faculty/student information system to preprint identifying information on the Faculty Information Form using a laser printer (e.g., last name, course number, time/days class meets, enrollment). In addition, you can preprint course information on the student forms. This service can reduce the amount of effort required by faculty and students when completing forms.
 
The updated software for IDEA PreMark is now available for you to download. The new software accommodates the modifications to the Faculty Information Form (FIF). You will be able to PreMark either the former “blue” FIFs or the revised “orange” FIFs.
