At the 2007 IDEA Users Group meeting, Dr Richard Sherry, Bethel University, shared his thoughts on creating trust when administering student ratings online. His presentation outlined steps taken by Bethel University to transition from paper to online administration of the IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction.
