The IDEA administrator feedback systems have provided Angelo State administrators with a better tool by which to improve their personnel interactions and office services. Involving people as raters who are not in the administrators' reporting lines has given ASU employees more voice in the operations of the institution and has highlighted the extent to which departments interact.
